After an initial phone consultation, we meet at the Landlords' property to assess suitability, determine costs and explore potential opportunities. During this time our Property Manager will be able to answer any questions. Shortly after the site visit, a formal rental appraisal will be sent to the Landlord for consideration.
Once a formal agreement is entered into, conversions to the home will commence, security installed and property furnishing and equipment arranged. The rooms will then be made available for prospective tenants and Iris will execute the full suite of property management services.
