Each sharehouse set up slightly because each house is different to begin with.

Each room is fully furnished. Each room has the following items subject to individual sharehouse set up. Of course, you can come to inspect the room and the property before signing lease agreement:

·        A double or queen size bed frame and mattress (we have single bed in some sharehouses, however, they are gradually being replaced with a double size bed)

·        A wall mounted TV

·        A bar fridge

·        An air conditioner (cooling) (not applicable to all share houses)

·        A chair

·        A wardrobe

·        A desk (not applicable to all share houses)

·        A wall mounter heater (not applicable to all share houses)
