Shared Wi-Fi is complimentary. Rent stays the same whether you use it or not. Internet may drop out from time to time. If you need constant, reliable internet, please arrange your own service at your own cost.

Please bring your own toilet paper, laundry detergent, shampoo and body wash. Iris provides basic shared cleaning items including dishwashing liquid, toilet cleaner, mop, broom and mop bucket.

House rules apply to all tenants. This includes no illegal drugs, no alcohol use or possession, and shared cleaning duties for common areas.
