Affordable rooms from around $260/week, fully furnished with bills included (fair use policy on water, power and gas). Centrelink welcome. Plus, you’ll join a supportive community.
Fill out our quick online form (5–10 mins). Just have your housing history and 2 referees ready. You may also be eligible for Centrelink Rent Assistance ($212/fortnight) and the SA Government Cost of Living Concession ($261.90/year).
We’ll review your application, and if it progresses, we’ll call you for a quick chat and invite you to view the house and meet your future housemates before moving in.

Depending on size of the room and locations, each share house is different and set up is different. Weekly rent is typically $260-275 per week including basic utilities such as water, power and gas, subject to Fair Use Policy.
Centrelink recipients may be able to apply for Centrelink rent assistance of $212.00per fortnightly (at the time of writing – 1 Sep 2025) with our signed lease agreements.
On top of this, eligible tenants can also apply for the SA Government’s Cost of Living Concession (COLC) — an annual payment of $261.90 (2025-26) paid directly into your bank account to help with living expenses.
Yes. Every tenant has their own secure PIN-code room — no shared bedrooms.
Yes. Many of our tenants stay for years, as long as rent is paid and house rules are followed.
