"I've been living at Iris Share House for some time now, and I would rate their service a solid 5 out of 5. If anything needs to be done around the house, it's always handled promptly and properly. Iris's service is excellent.

Before moving into Iris Share House, I was in a tough spot. The rental market makes it incredibly hard to find accommodation, especially being unemployed due to a medical condition. Affordable housing seemed out of reach, and I was under a lot of stress not having a roof over my head. I feel lucky that I reached out to Iris-they were one of the first agencies I called, and they found me a place very quickly, much faster than I expected.

Living here has been a good experience. I enjoy getting along with my housemates. Everyone here is respectful, and it feels good to have that sense of community. If I'm unwell or haven't been seen for a while, other housemates would knock on my door and check in on me, which is like having an informal medical service. I also really appreciated the Christmas lunch Iris organised last year. It was a small gathering of about 10-20 people, but it was great to get out, socialise, and see other people.

I'm happy with Iris is their "rooming house" agreement. Power and utilities are included in one price, which is much more convenient than having to split power bills with housemates like in my former share houses. I travel often and knowing I can just lock my room and go without worrying about additional costs makes life much easier. I know I made the right decision to move into Iris Share House. It's a good setup that works for me, and I'd gladly recommend their service to anyone looking for a reliable and supportive place to live. "
